A home system is a reflection of its users. At Cravtsman you'll start by sitting down with one of our account manager to find out how you live your life and what brings you joy and peace. We want to know everything down to your favorite TV show.

2. Design:

With the information locked and loaded we'll search out the basic functions and features needed to bring your system to life. Here we'll squeeze out every bit of information from the consultation to deliver you the perfect system for the perfect price.

3. Engineering:

Once the vision of your system is in place, it's off to engineering where our skilled, certified engineers ensure every aspect of your system is in-place and will then produce detailed drawings so architects, designers, and builders are well informed.

4. Project Management:

With your system meticulously designed and the contract signed.

Your project will be assigned to a project manager who will oversee all aspects and make sure your system progresses without a hitch.

5. Professional Installation:

Like a mesmerizing synchronized operation, our heavily experienced technicians are deployed onto your project. With a solid engineering plan in place and project manager oversight, your system is installed and programmed with surgical precision.

6. Hand-on Training:

Now that your system is purring our team will sit down with you and go over every aspect and spend as much time with you as need to get you trained and up to speed on your new system.

7. Live-in Period & Tuning

We understand and know that you'll think of ideas once you use your system. With our live-in period, you can take your time and use your system, figure out what changes you'd like to make, what scenes you'd like to adjust, and give us a call.
